I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in tubing and boating activities with SunTime Charter Boats. I understand that these activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, collision, falling, or other hazards associated with water activities. I hereby release, waive, and discharge SunTime Charter Boats, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from participation in these activities. I confirm that I am in good physical condition and capable of participating. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the captain at all times. I understand that life jackets will be provided and must be worn during tubing activities. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
