Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: 50% deposit due at time of booking. Remaining balance due prior to excursion. SunTime Charter Boats will refund customer 100% if cancelled 48 hours in advance. 10% deposit fee in cancelled within 48 hours. Gratuity: Booking of excursion does not include customary 20% gratuity. 100% of gratuities go to your captain. Your captain accepts cash gratuity or may add a tip on the credit card you booked with. What to Bring on Your Excursion: Please make sure to bring towels, sunscreen and water to stay protected and hydrated.
